Andrew Dunnett

CEO

Andrew Dunnett joins as CEO, bringing global leadership in sustainability and philanthropy from Vodafone Group and Etisalat. He has led programmes across Europe, Africa, India, and the Middle East, and served as a UK Government adviser on sustainability and responsible business.

Richard Eales

CFO

From October 1st, Richard Eales joins as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over a decade of senior finance leadership at Wellcome Trust, one of the world’s largest charitable foundations, where he served as interim CFO. He was also founding CFO of Protas, a life sciences start-up reducing the cost of large-scale clinical trials. Earlier in his career he held senior finance roles across listed real estate advisory firms, alongside several non-executive and audit committee positions.

Deborah Cullen

COO

From October 1st, Deborah joins as Chief Operating Officer, having previously served as Chief Legal Counsel at Sedex Information Exchange Ltd. She brings international experience in governance, sustainability, compliance, commercial law and business transformation, gained through a career as both a barrister and senior in-house lawyer.
